Background

Jeff was a civil litigation defense attorney for over 20 years when he stepped away to pursue full time mediation. Early in his career, Jeff adopted a practice style characterized by courtesy and cooperation. Not every litigant, attorney and/or case lends itself to such an approach, but it has always been Jeff's strong preference to practice with civility and professional courtesy and to strive to be both zealous and reasonable in defense of his clients. Jeff was an in-house attorney for AIG for 8 years and knows the inner workings of insurance companies. He is a skilled evaluator of cases and intimately knows what information and documentation insurance companies want and need to resolve cases. Over the course of his career, Jeff has handled and mediated hundreds of cases ranging from wrongful death and catastrophic injuries to slip and falls, auto accidents, construction accidents, landlord tenant, habitability and contract disputes.
