Mediation Rates
Effective January 1, 2022
Half-day mediations: $3,000 (4-hour minimum)
Full-day mediations: $6,000 (8-hour minimum)
No administrative fee.
No case coordination fee.
Fee Allocation
We allocate fees per the agreement of the parties.
Fees are due upon receipt the invoice/confirmation of mediation.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that there are a lot of moving parts in litigation and in life and that there is sometimes a need to reschedule mediation. There is no cost to the parties for rescheduling mediation to another date. However, if the parties cancel mediation and do not reschedule, the parties will be responsible for 50% payment.
